Surface treatment technology that coats the surface of hot rolled coils and cold rolled coils (ordinary carbon steel, low carbon alloy steel) with zinc/Al-Zn/ZAM/AZM for aesthetics and rust prevention.
However, the hot-dip galvanizing industry has been developed on a large scale in the past 30 years along with the rapid development of cold-rolled strip steel. The production process of hot-dip galvanized coils mainly includes: original sheet preparation → pretreatment(Clean surface) → hot-dip galvanizing → post-treatment → finished product inspection, etc.
The thickness range of narrow cold-rolled steel coils is usually 0.5-4mm, and the investment cost of galvanized narrow strip production lines is relatively low.
