PCM/VCM/PEM/PPM Sheet Production Line

Capable of completing substrate pre-treatment, coating, curing, film lamination/printing, and other processes. It can produce color-coated coils with various coatings including epoxy and polyester, and realize advanced technologies such as thermal lamination, three-color printing, and inline embossing. The products are suitable for manufacturing casings of refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and other home appliance types.

The mainstream processes include two-coat two-cure and three-coat three-cure systems. The former balances production efficiency and cost-effectiveness, while the latter meets the high requirements for coating texture and corrosion resistance of high-end home appliance coils. Some production lines are also equipped with printing modules to manufacture color-printed home appliance coils.

Equipped with advanced equipment such as Korean-imported coaters, intelligent coil loading/unloading robots, and Siemens fully automatic control systems. Certain production lines feature non-stop quick color change capability, with precise control over coating weight and curing temperature to ensure uniform coating and minimal color deviation of the finished coils.

The annual capacity of a single production line ranges from 50,000 to 100,000 tons. The produced coils typically have a thickness of 0.15 - 1.2mm and a width of 700 - 1500mm, with some lines capable of mass-producing ultra-wide products up to 1299mm.
