Continuous color coating line has been widely used for its excellent corrosion-resistant coating, pleasant decorative property, good color ability and post-process ability. As one of our major production technologies, our color coating line makes high speed and batch production possible. The products have achieved wide application in many fields including construction and home appliances.

Hot laminating process, printing process, embossing process and tension leveller can be added to the CCL.

The coils color coating line produces coated steel as different building materials, quality laminated coated steel for household appliances, fluorine carbon coated steel, decorative, semi-insulating coated steel, anti-fingerprint coated steel, antimicrobial coated steel, PVDF coated aluminium coils, FEVE aluminum coils and color prepainted stainless steel

The color coating line unit adopts double coating double baking model, and hot air circulation heating process.
Raw material: electro-galvanized plate, hot-dip galvanized plate, hot dip Al-Zn plate, cold-rolled steel plate , Aluminum Coils, cold rolled strip, CRC, GI, GL, Al, 3-15Tons
Thickness of strip steel: 0.12-2.0mm, Width of strip steel: 600-1650mm
Process speed: 30 - 250m/min
Production capacity: 30,000-300,000 Tonnes/year
