Product Overview
- HiTo Engineering Continuous Color Coating / Continuous Galvanizing (Galvalume) Line is a turnkey coil processing line for hot-dip zinc/aluminum alloy coating and organic color coating of strip steel.
- Designed for cold-rolled low-carbon steel (SPCC/SPCD, JIS G3141) with thickness 0.12–2.5 mm, width 700–1550 mm, coating weights 30–300 g/m2 and product grades CQ, DQ, G550 (JIS G3302).
- Line speeds: entry 260 m/min, processing 200 m/min, exit 260 m/min. Annual capacity range: 60,000–300,000 MT/Y. Connected electrical load ~2,500–4,500 kW.

- Flexible cleaning modes (horizontal spray + vertical immersion) and advanced electrolytic cleaning to reduce oil contamination.
- Combined non-oxidizing furnace (NOF) and radiant tube heating (RTH) for fast, efficient, uniform heating; jet-type ceramic induction heating zinc pot for uniform bath temperature and low slag.
- Protective gas cyclic spray cooling with variable-frequency control for precise strip temperature control; flue-gas waste heat recovery to preheat/heat cleaning sections.
- Real-time coating-thickness monitoring, fingerprint-resistant/fast-switching coating machine, and modern control system (vector frequency control, CPC/EPC correction, field bus) with English HMI and customizable configuration.
