HiTo electrical engineers went to Egypt to help customer solving problems

Egypt customer ordered a continuous color coating line used for  construction in 2024.A few months after debugging,some problems arised in the production line .After the remote guidance was fruitless, HiTo engineers purchased the plane ticket the next day and rushed to the customer's factory to help them solve the problems.

Selling products is just the beginning of HiTo service. We will listen carefully to customers' needs and provide solutions suitable for customers based on the area of the customer's factory. We have 18 excellent engineers (including drawing design, machine installation, and debugging). While helping customers save costs, HiTo provides high-quality, efficient, energy-saving and green production lines. Shorten delivery time. HiTo will delivery an experienced, responsible installation team, debugging team and technical engineer to complete the installation and debugging of production lines efficiently and with high quality. Our production lines are equipped with instruction manuals in English, Arabic, Russian, Portuguese and Spanish. After the debugging is completed, our after-sales team will stay in the customer's factory for about 15 days, guiding and training workshop workers, how to operate the machine correctly, and how to solve machine failures, until the workers fully grasp it.

If a customer has problems while using the machine and the remote guidance fails, HiTo will delivery excellent engineers to the customer's factory as soon as possible to help the customer solve the problem, and inspect the production line from beginning to end to eliminate possible hidden dangers. (The contract states that after the production line debugging is completed, all after-sales service fees within one year will be free, and the second year will be charged)
